As a reminder, New York State requires all Planning Board and Zoning Board of Appeals members to take four hours of educational training each year. New York State Department of State is hosting four online training sessions to help board members to satisfy this requirement. December 14, 2021 Enforcement of Zoning and Other Local Laws 5:00 PM – 7:00 PM 2 hours training credit
January 4, 2022 Planning Board Overview 5:00 PM – 7:00 PM 2 hours training credit
January 11, 2022 Zoning Board of Appeals Overview 5:00 PM – 7:00 PM 2 hours training credit
