Online Training Opportunity: Meeting Local and Regional Fair & Affordable Housing Needs

Join us for an online Land Use Leadership Alliance (LULA) training program
Meeting Local and Regional Fair & Affordable Housing Needs
Advanced training on planning, financing, zoning, fair housing, and engaging the public on affordable housing.
Must be able to attend all dates to register:
October 22, October 29, November 5, November 12, November 19 & December 3 – 9:00 AM to 11:00 AM
Sessions include presentations from regional planners, developers, attorneys and public engagement specialists. Skilled facilitators will conduct breakout exercises and guide group discussions. Participants will virtually tour new affordable housing sites and meet developers and community reps. Curriculum will be tailored to those that register. Participants must register in advance for this free program. CLE credits for attorneys (fee of $20 per credits) and Training Certificates for local board members. All sessions to take place via Zoom. Limited spots available in order to facilitate dialogue appropriately. Priority will be given to new participants to the LULA program.
